Being able to pull away, prioritize and dig deeper into problems will be the catapult for the rise of this leader; because these traits allows the introverted leader to respond rather than react. This leader’s calm demeanor will be a beacon to their followers.
There will always be a place for charismatic extroverted leaders. But calm, confidence and thoughtfulness are this century’s advantage.
